(“ILA” or the “Company”) today announced that it has invested into its future by creating a new division to deliver manufactured housing throughout Northern Baja California. The nature of modular home construction today delivers unique benefits that traditional home construction does not, especially significantly more structural integrity because the modules are built to be transported and installed as a unit. The home is constructed in a controlled environment, no matter what the season, by professionals experienced with the same prefabrication process instead of moving from one construction site to another and working on a wide variety of homes in all types of weather. Modular homes are both environment-friendly and very affordable, incorporating environmentally friendly materials such as recycled rubber, re-used shipping containers, re-usable steel and sustainably-harvested wood. As previously announced, the Company has completed its audit and final attorney review in preparation for the filing of a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in December 2015, relating to a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock.
